Director of Administration

Tony Kelly, LNHA joined CCR in December 2013 as the Director of Administration.

Tony has over 30 years of experience working in the Long Term Care field, previously serving as an Assisted Living Facility Administrator at a 191-bed ALF as well as the Administrator of a 373-bed SNF in Roanoke, Virginia.    In addition, Tony’s career management experience also includes Risk Management, procurement services, new construction and renovations, facilities and environmental services, and Independent Living management.  He also served as a Senior Manager at a Joint Commission Accredited SNF, and provided oversight of Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Health programs.

Tony was an active member of the Virginia Adult Home Association, serving on committees to work with the Department of Social Services in an effort to develop regulations for the ALF industry.  He is currently a member of VHCA-VCAL.  Tony served on the Salvation Army Turning Point Women’s Shelter Advisory Council and has had the privilege of taking part in numerous round table presentations with LTC vendors over the years offering insight into the needs of the LTC providers.

A lifelong resident of Botetourt County, Tony, graduated from Bridgewater College in 1984 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Physical Education.  He has been married to his wife, Tammy, for 30 years.  They have two adult children, Tyler Reed and Kendyl Reneé.  Tony counts a trip to the Back Bay area of Biloxi, Mississippi on a Church of the Brethren mission trip to renovate homes of the less fortunate damaged by Hurricane Andrew to be a life changing event.
