CCR Pleased to Announce New Leadership Role for Respected Principal

Roanoke, Va.April 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — CCR (Commonwealth Care of Roanoke) is pleased to announce new leadership role for our respected principal.  Deborah L. Petrine has been named CCR’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Deborah L. Petrine founded CCR and opened its first facility in 2001. From her hands-on start as a nursing home secretary and receptionist, Ms. Petrine has accumulated a list of distinguished achievements. She co-founded and served as President of Colonial Care, LLC, which was purchased in 1998 by Tandem Health Care, Inc. She has, among other accomplishments, received the prestigious James G. Dunton Lifetime Achievement Award for her service to Virginia seniors and served as Chair of the Virginia Health Care Association. Ms. Petrine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is currently Vice-Rector of the Board of Visitors. She also serves on Virginia Tech’sPamplin College Management Department Advisory Board and holds a lifetime membership in the Women in Leadership and Philanthropy. Ms. Petrine previously served as President and CEO of CCR.
