  • Deborah L. Petrine

    Deborah L. Petrine

    Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

    A first-generation college student who began her career as a nursing home receptionist, Deborah founded CCR in 2001 with a vision for "hands-on" management and clinical excellence. Under her leadership, CCR has grown to twelve skilled facilities throughout Virginia. A recipient of the James G. Dunton Lifetime Achievement Award, Deborah was the first woman to chair the Virginia Health Care Association and the first woman to serve as Rector for the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors. Her lifelong dedication to Virginia’s seniors ensures CCR remains a leader in compassionate, community-focused care.

  • Brady L. Sheffer

    Brady L. Sheffer

    Vice President and Treasurer

    Brady is a Virginia Tech alumnus with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting. A CPA with extensive experience at KPMG, he previously served as CFO for a major long-term care developer and an operator where he oversaw rapid organizational growth. Since CCR’s inception, Brady has been instrumental in the company’s strategic planning and new development. His deep financial expertise and focus on sustainable growth ensure that CCR remains a stable and responsive provider for the communities we serve.

  • David W. Tucker

    David W. Tucker

    President

    David joined CCR in 2007 and brings over 40 years of experience in senior care services. Beginning his career as a nursing assistant in 1979, he rose through the ranks to lead several of Virginia’s largest skilled nursing and home health organizations as President and CEO. David’s deep expertise in operational compliance and strategic growth was instrumental in securing the future of multiple healthcare entities throughout the Commonwealth. A native of Blacksburg and a Radford University alumnus, he currently serves as Chairman of the Virginia Health Care Association (VHCA) Board of Directors, continuing his lifelong commitment to improving care for Virginia’s seniors.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Joe joined CCR in June 2019 and brings with him over 30 years of healthcare financial management experience.

  • Brian Anderson

    Brian Anderson

    Chief Operating Officer

    Brian joined CCR in 2022, bringing over 16 years of healthcare administration and operations expertise to the team. A licensed Administrator since 2010, he has spent the majority of his career in high-level leadership roles, including ten years as a Regional Vice President of Operations and four years as a Chief Operating Officer. Brian’s extensive experience in leading multi-center providers is instrumental in driving operational efficiency and clinical success across all twelve CCR centers. His dedication to service excellence ensures our communities remain premier providers of senior care throughout Virginia.

    Jeannie Adams, Esq., CHC, CHPC

    Director of Legal Services

    Jeannie joined CCR in 2015, bringing extensive legal expertise and a deep commitment to regulatory compliance. With over 20 years of experience practicing healthcare law in Richmond, Virginia, she now directs CCR’s Compliance, Risk, and Legal Department. Jeannie’s work ensures our centers maintain the highest standards of integrity, allowing our teams to focus on providing exceptional care to our residents.

    Jacquelyn Jenkins, RN, WCN

    Chief Clinical Officer

    Jacquelyn Jenkins, RN, WCN, has been with CCR since 2012 and has held multiple leadership positions within the organization. She brings over 18 years of experience in skilled nursing and long-term care, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and a passion for improving quality of care.

    Charles E. Rehnborg, LNHA

    Regional Director of Operations

    Charles joined CCR in 2010 with over 40 years of experience in Long-Term Care Administration. A former Chairman of the Virginia Health Care Association, he is a highly respected industry leader with a 100% success rate in maintaining Medicaid certifications during his six appointments as a state-approved temporary manager. His deep-rooted expertise in opening and managing skilled nursing centers throughout the Commonwealth ensures a foundation of operational excellence and clinical integrity for our communities.

  • Wendy Walter, MA, LNHA

    Wendy Walter, MA, LNHA

    Regional Director of Operations

    Wendy joined CCR in 2012 with over 20 years of experience in Long-Term Care Administration. A licensed Administrator since 1996, she has led her teams to multiple national and state quality awards from the AHCA and VHCA. Wendy serves as a Senior Examiner for the National Quality Award Program and has been instrumental in implementing patient safety initiatives across the Commonwealth. Holding a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, she provides vital expertise in regulatory compliance and quality education for our centers.

    John Sevier, LNHA

    Regional Director of Operations

    John joined the CCR team as an Administrator in September of 2012, later assuming the role of Regional Director of Operations in 2022. He brings over 20 years of experience in Long-Term Care Administration.

  • Kristin Carson

    Kristin Carson

    Director of Business Development

    Kristin joined CCR in 2022. Kristin brings more than 10 years of business development experience to CCR, including hospital liaison, network development and physician relationship management.

  • Honor Chriscoe, LNHA

    Honor Chriscoe, LNHA

    Director of Strategic Initiatives

    Honor joined CCR in 2016, where she integrates quality, operations, and reimbursement strategies to drive excellence across our centers. With a track record of exceptional outcomes, she was notably appointed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Temporary Manager to lead a skilled nursing facility to deficiency-free status. In her current role, Honor provides vital guidance and educational support to our administrators to ensure every community achieves its operational and clinical objectives.

  • Marianne Ehrreich, RDN, CSG

    Marianne Ehrreich, RDN, CSG

    Director of Food and Nutrition Services

    Marianne joined CCR in 2017 with over 18 years of experience in post-acute and long-term care nutrition. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board-Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition, she oversees food operations, clinical nutrition services, and policy development across our centers. Marianne is dedicated to clinical excellence and is deeply passionate about enhancing our residents' mealtime experiences and accommodating the unique nutritional needs and preferences of every individual we serve.

  • Charles Helvey

    Charles Helvey

    Director of Information Technology

    Charles joined CCR in 2022. In his current role, Charles supports technology projects and innovation, and is focused on the security of CCR’s data systems. Charles has more than 38 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry.

  • Tammy Kelly, PT, LNHA, RAC-CT, RAC-CTA

    Tammy Kelly, PT, LNHA, RAC-CT, RAC-CTA

    Director RAI and Clinical Reimbursement

    Tammy provides corporate oversight for clinical reimbursement and quality improvement across CCR. Licensed as both a Physical Therapist and a Nursing Home Administrator, she is a nationally recognized expert and co-author of curriculum for AANAC’s Medicare University. Tammy brings extensive experience from her roles as a consultant for over 50 facilities and a Senior Examiner for the AHCA Quality Awards. Her leadership ensures our centers remain at the forefront of payment reform and clinical compliance.

  • Tony Kelly, LNHA

    Tony Kelly, LNHA

    Director of Procurement & Facilities Management

    Tony joined CCR in 2013, bringing over 30 years of experience in long-term care administration. A licensed Administrator who has led some of Virginia’s largest skilled nursing and assisted living communities, his expertise spans risk management, procurement, and new construction. Tony is a lifelong resident of Botetourt County and a graduate of Bridgewater College. His deep operational knowledge and commitment to excellence ensure our centers are safe, modern, and well-equipped to provide the highest quality of care for our residents.

  • Megan Whorley

    Megan Whorley

    Director of Human Resources

    Megan joined the CCR team in 2024 as the Director of Human Resources. Megan has over 25 years of diversified Human Resources experience, with 15 of those years working in healthcare environments and long-term care settings. Megan has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations, with a concentration on Employment Law.

  • Corey Thompson

    Corey Thompson

    Associate Attorney & Compliance Director

    Corey joined CCR in 2022, bringing a versatile legal background from private practice in Lynchburg, where he specialized in contracts, real estate, and business development. As Compliance Officer, he directs CCR’s compliance program and leads the annual training initiatives for all employees. A Roanoke native, Corey earned his law degree from Liberty University and holds the "CHC" designation in Healthcare Compliance. His dedication to integrity and regulatory standards ensures our centers continue to operate with the highest levels of transparency and care.
