President

David joined Commonwealth Care in May of 2007 and has over 40 years of experience in a broad spectrum of senior care services.

Joe Alesantrino

Chief Financial Officer

Joe joined CCR in June 2019 and brings with him over 30 years of healthcare financial management experience.

Brian Anderson

Chief Operating Officer

Brian joined CCR in 2022 and added over 14 years of Health Care Administration and Operations experience to CCR with the majority of that time spent leading multi-center providers.

Cindy Barnette, RN, BSN, MBA

Chief Clinical Officer

Cindy joined CCR in 2021. She has been a nurse for over 25 years, a majority of that time spent in the post acute/skilled nursing field.

Jeannie Adams, Esq.

Director of Legal Services

Jeannie joined CCR in 2015, bringing her significant experience and legal expertise to the team.

Regional Director of Operations

Charles joined the CCR team in April of 2010 after more than 35 years in Long Term Care Administration.

Wendy Walter, MA, LNHA

Regional Director of Operations

Wendy joined the CCR team in April of 2012, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in Long Term Care Administration.

John Sevier, LNHA

Regional Director of Operations

John joined the CCR team as an Administrator in September of 2012, later assuming the role of Regional Director of Operations in 2022. He brings over 20 years of experience in Long Term Care Administration.

Kristin Carson

Director of Business Development

Kristin joined CCR in 2022. Kristin brings more than 10 years of business development experience to CCR, including hospital liaison, network development and physician relationship management.

Honor Chriscoe, LNHA

Director of Operational Initiatives and Support

Honor joined CCR in 2016. In her current role, she supports administrators and center operations.

Marianne Ehrreich, RDN, CSG

Director of Food and Nutrition Services

Marianne is a registered dietitian nutritionist with over 14 years of experience in post-acute and long term care.

Charles Helvey

Director of Information Technology

Charles joined CCR in 2022. In his current role, Charles supports technology projects and innovation, and is focused on the security of CCR’s data systems. Charles has more than 38 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry.

Tammy Kelly, PT, LNHA, RAC-CT, RAC-CTA

Director RAI and Clinical Reimbursement

Tammy is presently serving as the Director of RAI and Clinical Reimbursement, in addition to being a member of the Senior Management team at CCR.
