Chase City Health & Rehab Center Celebrates 20 Years of Service

This year marks an exciting milestone for Chase City Health & Rehab Center as we proudly celebrate 20 years of providing compassionate care and support to our residents and their families. Since opening our doors in 2004, Chase City Health & Rehab has remained dedicated to enhancing the lives of those we serve by offering high-quality care in a welcoming and nurturing environment.

Our team at Chase City has worked tirelessly over the past two decades to create a place where residents feel at home, while receiving the specialized services they need. From skilled nursing to rehabilitation and long-term care, we’ve continued to expand and adapt our programs to meet the evolving needs of our community.

The anniversary celebration was a special moment of reflection for our staff, residents, and families. It was a chance to honor the many individuals who have been part of our journey and to look ahead to a future filled with continued dedication to excellence in care.
